Emmanuel Miller
About
With a strong entrepreneurial background before entering the legal field, I understand the challenges individuals face when navigating complex systems. This perspective drives my passion for demystifying the legal process and serving as a relentless advocate for those who have been wronged. For many years, I worked with business owners, contractors and individuals on various types of cases.
Now my practice is entirely focused on one mission: representing injured parties in their battles against powerful insurance companies. I thrive on taking on these "David and Goliath" scenarios, where the stakes are high, and the opposition is formidable. Over the years, I have taken numerous wrongful death and personal injury cases all the way to trial, achieving outcomes that have made a meaningful difference in my clients' lives.
I have secured significant settlements for clients harmed by bad actors, including drunk drivers, establishments liable under dram shop laws, manufacturers of defective products, and those involved in auto accidents, among others. Each case is approached with a strategic mindset and a deep sense of justice, always with the goal of holding wrongdoers accountable and securing the compensation my clients deserve.
When I’m not in the courtroom or negotiating a settlement, I’m dedicated to my family, enjoying quality time with my wife and three daughters. My commitment to them is matched only by my dedication to my clients, ensuring that whether at work or at home, I give my all in everything I do.
