A. Kathryn Wymore
Attorney
Kathryn has practiced law for over ten years in the areas of civil litigation and estate planning, and administration. She has experience litigating cases involving personal injury, commercial contract disputes, construction law and landlord tenant toxic tort and planned communities matters. She currently specializes in estate planning and probate, while assisting in personal injury and other litigation matters.
Kathryn greatly enjoys developing relationships with clients and helping them through a difficult process, often at a difficult time in their lives.
Help clients prepare for the future by managing their estate planning or by navigating probate and trust administration after the death of a loved one.
I provided daily legal advice to tenants living in affordable housing who were subjected to unhealthy living conditions, and I worked with landlords and property managers to remedy code violations.
Particularly enjoys estate planning and probate because of the opportunity to engage with clients, help them prepare for the future by managing their estate planning, and providing peace of mind in handling their end-of-life decisions.
When Kathryn is not working, she likes to hike, bike, ski, paddle, and generally spend time outdoors with her family. As a transplant from the East Coast, she appreciates the accessibility to the mountains and other amazing natural features around Bend, and she feels fortunate to call this beautiful place home.
