Emmanuel B. Miller
Attorney, Licensed in Oregon

As an entrepreneur for many years prior to entering the legal field, I remember just how difficult it can be to discern the legal landscape. My hope is to simplify and demystify the legal process for you. My civil practice focus allows me to represent clients in all stages of litigation as well as their transactional needs.
I have managed client cases pertaining to Construction Law, Real Estate Law, Home Owners Associations, Landlord Tenant Disputes, Business Law, Insurance Defense, Personal Injury, and Wrongful Death.
I enjoy bringing the fight to insurance companies who aren’t doing their job. I love to advocate for my clients.
I am a family man, so when I am not hard at work, I am hard at play with my wife and three daughters.

A. Kathryn Wymore
Attorney at Law
When I decided to enter the legal field, I thought my background in science would lead me to practice in patent prosecution or environmental law. During law school, however, after interning at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Virginia, I became much more interested in criminal law and civil litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, I practiced in Arizona and Virginia in the areas of Construction Law, Real Estate Law, Planned Community/Homeowners Association Law, Landlord Tenant Disputes, Toxic Torts and Personal Injury. During law school and for several years after graduating, I worked in-house for a data services provider, primarily drafting and negotiating licensing contracts.
I fell in love with Oregon after a camping trip to the Columbia River Gorge and the Oregon Coast and seven years later was able to move here with my family. I enjoy hiking, camping, skiing and generally being outdoors.
