Emmanuel Miller

As an entrepreneur for many years prior to entering the legal field, I remember just how difficult it can be to discern the legal landscape. My hope is to simplify and demystify the legal process for you. My civil practice focus allows me to represent clients in all stages of litigation as well as their transactional needs.

I have managed client cases pertaining to Construction Law, Real Estate Law, Home Owners Associations, Landlord Tenant Disputes, Business Law, Insurance Defense, Personal Injury, and Wrongful Death.

I enjoy bringing the fight to insurance companies who aren’t doing their job. I love to advocate for my clients.

I am a family man, so when I am not hard at work, I am hard at play with my wife and three daughters.
